• Description
• Customers of a bank who want to obtain a credit
  card must fill a request form at the bank.
• As a general rule, the bank will not accept any
  request from customers having no account in the
  bank.
• A customer has the choice to fetch his/her
  requested card at the bank or receive it at home.
  
• David at the customer service receives all the
  request forms, processes the forms and transfers
  them on a daily base to Mark working in the
  credit card center at a distant place.
• The card center processes customers requests and
  manufactures cards. When the cards are made, they
  will be sent either directly to customers or to
  the bank.
• In the later case, David will inform each
  customer in a standard letter the availability of
  the card and its annual fee. Customers can then
  fetch their cards at the bank.
