- Meet as many government delegates as you need to
communicate your concerns and suggestions - Meet with your own countrys representatives
- Identify friendly or supportive governments
- Know the positions of various government
groupings

- Be specific about your recommendations
- Be concise. Your message should be short and
direct. - Have suggested language available to distribute
- Do not approach delegates while CSW is in session
- Be prepared! Have available background
information and resources - The Golden Rule applies to lobbying
