Why is it important to look at a feed tag?
  • Is it for the right species?
  • Does it have medicine or other feed additives in
    it?
  • Has it expired (do animal feeds expire?)?
  • Is it for the correct life stage (newborn, adult,
    etc.)
  • Is if for a working animal?
  • Does it have a guaranteed analysis on it?
  • Can you contact the company if you need too?
  • Is your animal allergic to any feed ingredients
    and
  • if so can you make sure they are not exposed to
    it?
