The Fitness Nutrition Coach training includes the
concepts of nutrition (macronutrients, carbs,
proteins, amino acids and fats), daily
requirements, assessing needs through body
composition and understanding supplements. It
also addresses special populations such as
vegetarians, pregnant women, diabetics and
