- Who is the publisher?
- Often a professional organization
- Is it peer-reviewed or refereed?
- Does it have an editorial board?
- Look in the front of the print journal to see
- Look for journal description or information
online

- Start at the library home page
- Click on Find Articles (Databases)
- Choose CINAHL Plus with Full Text from Databases
by Title, then click on GO - In the search box, type one or more words or a
phrase related to your topic - Check peer reviewed box to limit search to
scholarly articles - Look is similar to Health Source Nursing/Academic

- Starting at the library home page, click on
Databases/Electronic Resources - Choose EBSCO Health Databases from the title
list. - Select the Nursing/Academic version and click
Continue. - Select the Peer Reviewed limit, type a word or
phrase in the box, then click the search button - If an article is not full text, there is a link
to search the library catalog. If an article is
available in another EBSCO database, there will
be a link for check linked full text sources.
