• Use this option to output the contents of a
  review file in a delimited format to other
  systems.
• Use third-party software, such as Excel, to
  manipulate the data.

Create a Delimited File

• Choose U gt Output USER-selected format.
• Next choose C gt Create a New File for Output.
• Select the fields to be output.
• Select field delimiters.
• Choose whether to output the file now (y/n)

Output a Delimited File

• Output the file as a step of the file creation
  or later choose O gt OUTPUT an existing file
  from the output function.
• Select the file.
• Choose O gt OUTPUT a file to another system using
  FTS.

Other Functionality

• You may remove a range of records from a review
  file.
• New system option controls output of diacritics
• You can rapid update all the items attached to a
  group of bibliographic records in a review file.

• To remove a range of records, choose G gt Remove
  range of records from list.
• Control diacritics output with a new database

• Update all items attached to a group of
  bibliographic records in a review file--without
  making a new review file!
• INNOPAC will update all of the items attached to
  each Bibliographic record, but not the Bib
  records themselves.
