sport which is now the fastest growing sport
activity. With good-quality training and modern
safety gears, it is very safe and pleasant for
any person of any age to climb at their own
comfort and capability level. Rock climbing is

challenge you both physically and mentally, rock

Indoor Climbing
Climbing structures made of plywood or concrete
are used for indoor rock climbing. This structure
has an artificial handheld to hold onto and
footholds bolted onto to it. Holds are made from
colorful, synthetic materials to imitate the
shapes and textures on a real rock.

Sport Climbing
For sport climbing, the protective pieces are
permanently fixed into the rock. The person who
is climbing doesn't have to carry protection with
them or place it along the way. This makes sport
climbing safer, faster and less expensive.

Traditional Rock Climbing
In traditional rock climbing, pair of climbers
wearing harnesses scale a rock face while
carrying racks of specialized equipment and is
connected by a rope. As they proceed upwards,
they will place wedges, nuts and other protection
from their racks into the cracks in the rock. The
rope is hooked to these pieces of protection so
that, if the climbers fall, the rope will catch
them.

Bouldering
Bouldering is usually performed at a low level
without the hindrance of equipment normally
associated with climbing. It contains climbing
short routes on specially designed walls of a
lower height. The floor will be covered with
smooth objects like mat, grass etc.
