struggled a bit in the last two matches against
West Indies and Ireland. However, with 5
consecutive wins, India along with New Zealand is
the most in-form team in the tournament.

of the 5 World Cup matches so far. They could
have won two more matches but failed at the final
hurdle.

the Irish openers, but they proved that they were
strong enough to stage a comeback and restrict
the Irish to chase the total.

centuries and a half-century in the 5 matches so
far. Zimbabwe batsmen Taylor and Williams have
been consistent throughout the five games,
especially Williams whose all-round skills are

for Zimbabwe to beat the defending champions.
For Zimbabwe, this match will be a matter of
pride, if they win. They have a wonderful
opportunity to repeat an encore of the 1999 World
Cup where they thumped Indians with an upset win.
It will be a huge boost for Zimbabwe players if
they manage to achieve it.
