side, it is important to increase the amount of
protein in your regular diet. It not only helps

belly fat you should include more of fruits and
vegetables with peels, like cucumber, beetroots,
carrot, apple, pear, oranges, kiwi etc. All these

4. Reduce Processed foods and High Sugary drinks
