2
Schedule your seasonal HVAC tune-up
  • Its critical to maintain your HVAC system
year-round for extending its useful life.
Periodic checks on your HVAC system (similar to
personal health checks) will ensure your system
is running more this spring and you wont have to
worry about a break down on a hot day.

3
Check your furnace filter
  • Most filters have a one to three-month
lifespan so you should be doing this all year
long, but its especially important to check your
filter before you start your AC unit for the
first time. All the dust and debris the filter
has collected will prevent your HVAC system from
cooling efficiently. If your filter does not need
to be changed quite yet, you are ahead of the
    schedule.

4
Test for ductwork leaks
  • Leaky air ducts can have many negative
effects on your home like higher energy bills,
indoor air quality issues, and hot or cold spots
throughout your home. Thats why its a good idea
to have our professional technicians check your
duct work for any leaks that you may not be aware
of. This will ensure your air conditioner will
    cool your home effectively.

5
Consider an AC upgrade
  • Spring is the perfect time to have a new air
conditioning unit installed by our certified
installation team. If your system is getting up
there in age, having it replaced by a new, more
efficient system will save you money on your AC
    bills.

6
Ask about a programmable thermostat
  • If you dont already have one, you should
    consider installing a programmable thermostat
that can run your air conditioning without you
having to manually set the temperature. You will
have more control of the temperature in your
home, and potentially lower your energy bills as
you can set the thermostat so your HVAC system
runs less frequently when youre not at home.
