    It even affects your behavior which can
    subsequently damage your relationship with your
    friends and family. Therefore, if you are
    addicted to alcohol, it is essential to overcome
    this addiction and quit alcohol. Following are
    some tips on doing that

  • Quitting alcohol will cause you to have
    withdrawal symptoms which you will have to learn
