  it to open its properties.
• Check whether the size of a file is 32KB if not
  then update the software and again follow the
  steps if the issue still persists.

• Remove and Reinstall Bitdefender
• Browser the Bitdefender uninstall page to remove
  the software.
• Download the Bitdefender Removal Tool and run the
  software finally remove it.
• Reinstall it and check for the issue.
