correct technique supports full body strength,
increasing mobility and reducing the chance of
injury. Weightlifting is also an effective way
to burn calories as the movements require effort
from the entire body.

chance of injury while training. Mobility
training involves moving within a full range of
motion by improving muscle flexibility and
imbalances, understanding where movement
restrictions are and how to overcome them.
