Joy Hamm has 19 years of experience in higher
education, with the last 7 years of her career
being focused on college recruitment, admissions,
and financial aid. Dr. Joy Hamm has served as the
Chief Enrollment Officer at a variety of
institutions, including a community college, a
mid-size public regional university, and a small
highly selective institution.

This experience included working with athletics
at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division II level. Dr.

Joy Hamm began her higher education career in
student affairs, working with student conduct,
residence life and housing, fraternity and
sorority life, alcohol and other drug education,
student leadership programs and Student
Government Association, student activities,
tutoring, counseling, and student disability
resources.

a certified alcohol and other drug education
program trainer has professional experience as a
leadership program facilitator and has been
selected as a presenter at a variety of state,
regional, and national conferences.
