Express Entry immigrants perform well in Canada's

•  It is demonstrated in a new report by
  Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
  (IRCC).
• Immigrants who arrive in Canada through Express
  Entry Kitchener are performing better than
  Canadian-born workers and other immigrants.
• Express Entry Kitchener is Canada's application
  management system for three federal economic
  class immigration programs Federal Skilled
  Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades
  Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class
  (CEC).
• Launched in 2015 ,  Express Entry Kitchener
  allows Canada to manage applications in a more
  dynamic fashion and to select immigrants who are
  capable of integrating into the Canadian labour
  market.
• The IRCC report shows that immigrants who arrive
  through Express Entry Kitchener perform better in
  the labour market than Canadian-born workers and
  other immigrants.
• This is due to selection criteria of  Express
  Entry Kitchener and its competitive nature.

•  Express Entry Kitchener candidates who are
  eligible under the FSWP, FSTP, or CEC receive a
  Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The CRS is
  based on the candidates age, education, language
  skills, work experience, and Canadian ties.
  Candidates who apply for  Express Entry Kitchener
  obtain higher CRS scores when they are below the
  age of 45, have high levels of education and
  English and/or French skills, and hold strong
  work experience. One could have Canadian ties
  through studying and/or working in Canada, having
  a job offer, having a sibling in Canada, or 
  maybe obtaining a provincial nomination can
  increase one's CRS score with the help of

• Canada uses this criteria of CRS to screen the
  ability of immigrants to integrate into the
  labour market. Having the aforementioned
  requirements has been proven to support labour
  market success and the new IRCC study further
  corroborates this.
• The study reveals that 95 percent of immigrants
  were employed in the first year of being
  permanent residents in Canada. Of these
  immigrants coming through Express Entry Kitchener
  , 83 per cent said they were working in their
  fields.

• In addition, the incomes of Express Entry
  Kitchener immigrants are higher than the
  Canadian-born population and other immigrants.
  After a year of obtaining permanent residence,
  Express Entry immigrants Kitchener earned 59,700
  CAD on average, compared with 49,400 for
  immigrants who did not arrive through Express
  Entry. The earnings advantage between Express
  Entry immigrants and Canadian-born workers is by
  about the same amount (about 10,000 CAD). 
• The research shows that Express Entry Kitchener
  is achieving the goal of promoting labour market
  success. Since the Express Entry draws are
  growing, we can expect an even larger number of
  immigrants to be strong labour market performers
