Title: Diabetes- Symptoms, Types and Causes

Diabetes- Symptoms, Types, and Causes
When blood glucose is excessively high, it leads
to diabetes. The main source of energy in your
body is blood glucose, which is obtained from
the food you consume. Insulin, a hormone produced
by the pancreas, helps glucose from the food
enter your cells so it can be used for energy.
Insulin is sometimes not produced or used well
by your body. How many Diabetes types are
there? Type 1 diabetes- Type 1 is caused by an
auto-immune reaction, which stops your body from
making insulin. Nearly 5- 10 of individuals are
affected by type 1 diabetes. The majority of
cases occur in children, teens, and young
adults. You have to take insulin daily if you
have type 1 diabetes. Its prevention is still
unknown. Type 2 diabetes- Type 2 diabetes is
caused when your body doesn't use insulin well.
About 95 population has type 2 diabetes.

diagnosed in adults. Healthy lifestyles can
