• Early Learning Centers (ELCs) are an essential
  component of the education system in Dubai. These
  centers provide early childhood education to
  children aged between 1 and 5 years, preparing
  them for primary school and beyond. ELCs offer a
  safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate
  environment for young children to explore, learn,
  and grow. Here are some of the reasons why ELCs
