Windings
The most important process is the first part of
windings process where Makpower uses high
quality aluminium/copper conductor insulted for
electrical safety. It also prevents short
circuits.

Core Construction
The windings are assembled Laminations are done
with burr free and very thin materials with a
high-resistance, inorganic coating to reduce
eddy currents.

Core Coil Assembly
Makpower Transformer uses high electrical grade
Kraft Paper Press Board.Our extensive quality
control procedure allows the Core-Coil assembly
of our transformer to resist significant
electromechanical stress for an extended period
of time.

Tank and Fittings
Makpower uses high quality tanks for fittings
procedures as per relevant IS and IEC standards.

Painting/Finishing
All Steel Tanks are externally and internally
cleaned and painted with anti-corrosive oil
painting to prevent rusting. Two coats of glossy,
oil weather resisting are used while painting.

Transformer Oil
Transformer oil is filled inside the tank to
provide cooling and insulation.The oils helps in
generations of heat.Generally we use TRANSOL
make EHV grade Oil.

Testing After Successful
Completion Of Transformer the
