• Carried in the timetable, allows reporting from
  best and most frequent vantage locomotive
  engineers.
• Immediate / Eminent Risks still required to
  notify Movement Bureau.
• Designed to prompt the necessary information
• Self addressed, drop in company mail direct to
  Office of System Safety.
