  • Collaborative VEAP / Executive Agencies meeting
  • First Step in a collaborative effort for
    establishing a Business Intelligence Competency
    Center (BICC)
  • Designed to invoke discussion and solicit input
    and feedback

    provide participants with an opportunity to
    express their expectations for the future of BI
    in the Commonwealth

  • Have held initial discussions with DMV TREDS team
    regarding potential use of BI tool for this

    quickly standing up / exploring capabilities of
    toolset about to be procured

  • Maintain library of ECM implementation standards,

    cannot justify a full agency ECM implementation
  • Administered by DEQ
  • Leverage existing DEQ ECM infrastructure and
    expand upon it as needed
