What we have been doing since last year
  • Re-organisation of responsibilities within the
    Trust led to the appointment of
  • Jude Archer Deputy Director Governance
  • Lead Directors responsible for each standard is
    now well established within the Trust. Directors
    have systems in place to regularly review
    evidence levels of compliance

C6 Cooperation between health social care to
meet patient needs

  • Multi agency Childrens Safeguarding unit opened
    at the Lister Oct 2008
  • Integrated Transport Project Board established
    with PCT, HCC to look at solutions for travel to
    health facilities across the County.
  • Multi agency Safeguarding vulnerable adults group
    with explicit Terms of Reference includes Police,
    HPFT, ACS, CPS PCT.
