- Re-organisation of responsibilities within the
Trust led to the appointment of - Jude Archer Deputy Director Governance
- Lead Directors responsible for each standard is
now well established within the Trust. Directors
have systems in place to regularly review
evidence levels of compliance

- Multi agency Childrens Safeguarding unit opened
at the Lister Oct 2008 - Integrated Transport Project Board established
with PCT, HCC to look at solutions for travel to
health facilities across the County. - Multi agency Safeguarding vulnerable adults group
with explicit Terms of Reference includes Police,
HPFT, ACS, CPS PCT.
