• WWI focus for most of the school poetry,
  reports, songs, radio plays
• For Early Years interviews on first few weeks
  at school
• First podcast ready for Remembrance Day (11/11)

Engaging all staff

• SMSC focus to the annual staff conference
  (Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural)
• Each group produced short radio piece on a word
  eg sound, colour, water, stone

• Forward planning is key!
• Share the recording and editing amongst staff
• Teach the children how to listen thoughtfully
• Use momentum from our staff conference to
  inspire the next broadcast
• Embed radio in our curriculum
