• What has the global warming come about ? Graph 1
  tells us the temperature has gone up to one
  degree Fahrenheit during the past 100 years. All
  the scientists believe it is human activity that
  has caused this global warming. The increase of
  the temperature is due to the burning
  of the fossil fuels. Some byproducts are called
  greenhouse gases, which trapped the heat energy
  in the atmosphere. Quantities of carbon dioxide
  resulted in the global warming. Charles Keeling
  made a graph to tell us the carbon dioxide in the
  atmosphere has increased steadily, towards which
  the attitudes of scientists are different. Dr
  Foster thinks it could be serious while George
  Hambley states it will be mild with few bad
  environmental consequences. However, no one knows
