Inter-agency cooperation

• The NatStatCom reviews forms on science,
  technology and innovations jointly with the
  Ministry of Education and Science of the KR, the
  Ministry of Transportation and Communication of
  the KR and the Ministry of Industry of the KR
• Work on adjustment of list of enterprises and
  organizations are carried out in order to
  optimize of sectored catalogue of actual economic
  entities.

  of UNESCO, UNECE)
• - data are presented for UN statistical
  bulletins.

Challenges

• Absence of international methodology and
  recommendations on science, technology and
  innovations
• Low quality of completion of statistical forms
• Low coverage of activity of ICT users
• Absence of possibility of electronic reporting
  maintenance for establishments with scientific
  and innovation activity
• Lack of available information on advanced
  experience of other countries in science, ICT and
  innovation
• Lack of financial and human resources.
