YES NM Status Summary

• Deloitte has cooperated to provide develop, test,
  and UAT environments that the State of New Mexico
  could not provide as per the schedule.
• We need a schedule agreed upon by DoIT and HSD
  for the creation of a Stress test and production
  environment at SIMMS.
• Stress environment is required by May 22, and
  production by June 12 in order for the subproject
  to be completed on time.

Business Intelligence

• The feasibility test has been extended to include
  testing some tools for real-time access to the
  VSAM files and incremental, partial download of
  VSAM records.
• Two contracts will be submitted by the April 30
  deadline at ASD for the remaining work to be
  started in SFY 2009 and completed in SFY 2010.

Imaging\EDMS

• RFP Pre-bid conference was attended by over 40
  firms Tuesday April 21, 2009.
• Evaluation time may have to be increased due to
  the volume of responses to this RFP.
• Contract commitment, schedule for June 2009 may
  also have to be extended due to the volume of
  responses that require evaluation.
