Purpose of this meeting
  • Purpose of the meeting is to inform students
    about important events, constraints, and issues
    related to teaching, projects, ongoing
    evaluation, and examination during the semester.
    The meeting may be regarded as the establishment
    of a half year project involving teachers,
    supervisors, administration, and with Coordinator
    acting as the project manager.

Semester Group Meetings (1/2)
  • Dates
  • 29 September 2004, 27 October 2004, 24 November
    2004, all at 1.30 p.m.
  • Purpose
  • Purpose of the meetings is to evaluate the
    process of the semester, thereby giving
    participants a chance to improve the process
    before it is too late. These meetings are meant
    to be a helping hand to everyone.
  • Formal place where things are put on paper.
  • Study Board can follow how the semester works and
    react if necessary. Furthermore Study Board uses
    the Minutes as background for complaints etc.
  • Questions and answers are visible to everyone.

Semester Group Meetings (2/2)
  • Participants Coordinator, teachers, supervisors
    and Secretary and as an absolute minimum one
    student from each project group. IT Department
    participates if the students have handed in any
    issues that need their presence.
  • If a student group is not able to participate
    Cancellation is done by a mail to Coordinator
    with a status for courses, projects and other
    things.
  • Coordinator is Chairman and Secretary takes the
    Minutes
  • Duration app. 1 hour
  • Students are recommended to hand in issues to
    Secretary to the agenda no later than 3 days
    before the meeting in order to solve as many
    issues during the meeting as possible.

  • Purpose
  • Improve courses, teaching, projects and
    supervision.
  • To be used both her in Esbjerg and by Study Board
    in Aalborg.
