Conclusion

The more progressive a state tends to be, the
more pronounced level of telework initiative the
state will have.
The southern and the western regions of the
United States received the highest points, while
the northeastern region received the lowest
points, which means that the southern and western
regions are more progressive in terms of its
telework initiatives.

Directions for Future Research

Create a web-enabled telework GISDSS
(Geographic Information System Decision Support
System) to contribute to on-going research in the
area of information systems
Expand the Decision Support System by
including multiple years of data in order to
construct a time-series analysis
