Title: HealthilyEverAfter
1Healthily-Ever-After
"Habit Forming Kids who have fun
exercising every day will most likely develop a
lifelong love of physical activity. Kids who
make healthy eating a conscious and positive part
of their diet will most likely do the same when
they are adults.
- Running, walking, hiking, cycling
- and eating healthfully are lifetime activities.

17Cassandra is the character I identify with the
most. Shes the back-of-the packer, the Im-not-
sure-if-I-can-do-it kid, but she also wants to
be part of it all whenever she can. She runs,
cycles, bakes, and writes. She is apt to stop
to count the petals on a flower so she can
remember how to describe it when she goes home
and writes in her running journal. Shell never
win a race, but shell often go home with a shiny
medal to save as a memento. Her favorite
saying, Hey Sprints Charming Shes all girl
- hearts and daisies, but shes not afraid to
splash through the mud.
18Gage is my artist. He loves to run for many
reasons, but one of the reasons is the imagery
of running. He comes home and creates
without any effort. He sees shapes in the
clouds, oceans in the hills, and ptero- dactyls
in the sky. A crows caw-cawing is a concert to
Gage. He is into cooking too, but unlike
Cassandra, hes not a baker. He is into the
real scientific nutritional reasons to eat food.
Thats Gages healthy eating banner in the
background of the illustration. Gage will lift
weights someday.
19Alexander loves to be called Fast Guy. Hes
pretty good at running and at most sports.
Hes into timing himself, winning races,
staying healthy and fit. But he still has a lot
of fun hanging around with his friends, so he
thinks of creative ways to run with them and
still maintain his faster pace. Alexander
knows just about everything there is to know
about running. He reads the mags, books, and
looks forward to being on high school sports
teams. Alexander likes a good riddle and he is a
good sport.
20Alexander cycles for charity. Someday hell
run a marathon for someone he loves and donate
the money to a charity. Lots of kids take part
in the PMC.
21Karlie wants to be in the Junior Olympics. Shes
a really fast runner. Shes set her goal and
its always on her mind. Karlie wears a
pedometer at recess to make sure she gets her
mileage in. She helps Cassandra train for the
mile. Her friends help her learn to ride a
bike. For MORE check out carolgoodrow.com ki
