idep_at_tulli.fi) - Suitable for declarants, who have about 30-250
lines on monthly declaration
14IDEP/CN8 programme
- Advantages of IDEP/CN8 programme
- Service in Finnish and English
- Testing is not required when taking into use
- Data can be entered by collecting them from the
invoice - Data can be imported from the companys other
data systems - Programme contains the complete CN8 nomenclature
- CN code for goods can be defined with the help
of directory display or key words - By using commodity code directory the companys
own code of goods can be converted as CN8 codes.
15IDEP/CN8 programme
- Advantages of IDEP/CN8 programme
- Programme checks the correctness of the entered
data - Contains auxiliary functions for entering data
- e.g. Codes and their explanations as well as
checks - Additional applications like copying, line
models, currency conversions as well as
calculation formulas and reports - Declaration can be sent to Customs
- On diskette
- Emailed as an attachment file (automatic/manual)
- Automatic encryption of data (PGP programme)
- Acknowledgement to the declarant about the
successful transmission
