Trevor Patzer is the co-founder of Little Sisters Fund. He received multiple awards for his work with the fund. Trevor opened this fund with the purpose of spreading awareness among the poor people about the importance of education in life, specially for the girls. He opened the way by which poor girls who can't afford the school fees can get education free of cost and this fund also addresses the root causes of low female literacy in Nepal. They provide long-term scholarships to keep girls in school and safe them from child labor, child marriage and child trafficking for sexual exploitation.

Trevor Patzer attended St. Paul's School from 1989 to 1992 in Concord, NH. It's a popular co-educational, boarding school, affiliated with Episcopal Church. During his study, he captained varsity cross-country running and skiing and was also two-time undefeated national rowing champion.After schooling,he completed his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Brown University. After that, he enrolled at University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA for pursuing his Masters Degree in Educational Administration in 1996.
Trevor Patzer received various awards for his contribution towards women empowerment and was honored with St. Paul's School Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005 for his leadership and outstanding services towards the society. He also received Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship in 2003. In 2009, he was bestowed with the prestigious Dalai Lama’s Unsung Heroes of Compassion Award.
