Summaries and papers are submitted on-line (IEEE
Internet site). Session chairs (for abstracts)
and editors (final papers) propose their reviewer
lists. Reviews and corrections is also done
on-line (automatic recall ) No paper handling at
the conference. For the paper submission, the
deadline is on Friday, July 8, before the
conference, instead on Tuesday, July 12. on the
conference site. The 2005 NSREC editors
are Guest Editor John Cressler Associate
Editor Philippe Paillet Assistant Editor Jim
Felix Marty Shaneyfelt is responsible of the
NSREC edition in IEEE TNS. Marty proposes NSREC
editors, and reports to Paul Dressendorfer
6- On-line Edition for RADECS 2005?
- Ron Schrimpf proposes the same edition procedure
for RADECS by using the IEEE internet site. - For the abstracts an internet procedure is
already prepared - Might be interesting for the final paper
submission. - Need to contact Paul Dressendorfer.

7- NSREC 2005, some figures
- The subscription increases in 2005 by 25 (early
rate, IEEE Member), compared to 2004. Other rates
increase proportionally. -
- IEEE refuse to pay the shipment of NSREC
proceedings (Dec TNS). - gt taken into account in the NSREC budget.
- NPSS members receive two copies of the TNS Dec.
issue - - through their IEEE NPSS membership,
- - with the conference subscription.
- This year, 15 off for NPSS members if they dont
need the two copies. - 20 of the total income (? profit) is due to
IEEE. - 40 industrial booths (8?10 area) are sold,
2200 each - Sponsors NASA, and AFRL (Air Force) (16k
each). - DTRA (10k - 16k)

Paul Dodd presented his research of a conference
site San Jose, Chicago. Rooms at about 180

J. W. Marriott resort
