Blocking Concept Options

• A wide variety of block planning options were
  explored and tested
• Two acceptable versions were developed using the
  Key Parameters and Master Program Document
• Labs must be flexible
• Support areas convenient
• Offices in reasonable proximity to labs

• Concept is two separate buildings, an Undergrad
  Academic building with a Wet Bench Research Lab
  building on top.
• East - West Atrium along pedestrian concourse
• Connects the academic zone, permits some access
  to lab floors.
