Warranty Highlights

• What and Whom is Covered and for How Long
• FREEDOM LIFT Corp. warrants to the original
  owner/retail purchaser that its mobility seat
  products, parts and accessories for five years
  (excluding electrical components), will be free
  from manufacturing defects in material and
  workmanship when subject to normal and proper
  use.
• Should any such defect occur during the warranty
  period of the original purchaser (and as long as
  the original purchaser still retains ownership of
  the product), FREEDOM LIFT Corp. will repair or
  replace, at its option, the defective product.
• FREEDOM LIFT Corp. also reserves the right to
  refund the amount paid by the original owner for
  the product.
• This warranty does not cover labor or other
  services without pre-authorization.
• All electrical components and motors are
  warranted for a period of three years, providing
  they have been installed and maintained in
  accordance with FREEDOM LIFT Corp.s installation
  and maintenance guidelines.

Freedom Financing

• Financing for end consumer is available for all
  products
• Facilitated by Access and Mobility Finance
• Unsecured loans up to 20,000 typically
• Approval is based on consumers credit score
• Many levels of credit are accepted
• Typical rates are 8 to 18 with loan periods up
  to 72 months
• Approval is (1) easy form and is typically
  granted in 24 hours or less
• Both dealer and consumer are notified of
  approval/rejection
• Loan checks are made out to consumer and dealer
  and sent to consumers home address.
• Consumer then brings check to dealer and signs
  over for payment
• Example 1 Consumer buys Freedom Seat and with
  strong credit achieves maximum loan period and
  attractive rate. Consumer pays as little as 125
  per month.
• Example 2 Consumer buys Freedom Equalizer hoist
  lift and Golden Companion scooter and may group
  the purchase and secure loan options for the
  package deal.

• Log in to seat and record of cycles
• Lubricate joints with a small amount of wheel
  bearing grease.
• Keep the tracks clear of foreign objects.
• Check all mounting hardware for tightness and
  signs of wear due to vehicle aging, rust, etc.
