What is Golden Key?
  • Golden Key is an International Honour Society
    which recognizes and encourages academic
    achievement and excellence.
  • Membership is by invitation only to those
    students who earn this outstanding academic
    distinction.
  • Founded in 1977 at Georgia State University in
    Atlanta and has since expanded in the U.S. and
    internationally.
  • The UC Davis Chapter was founded on June 2, 1986.
  • There are 335 collegiate chapters throughout the
    United States, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, South
    Africa and New Zealand.
  • Well Known Members include Bill Clinton, Bill
    Cosby, Ronald Reagan, John Grisham and Colin
    Powell
