Rotations
  • A rotation turns a shape about a fixed point.
  • This point is called the centre of rotation.
  • You need three things to describe a rotation
  • 1) the direction of the rotation (clockwise or
    anti-clockwise)
  • 2) the angle (900, 1800, 2700)
  • 3) the centre of rotation (always give as a
    co-ordinate)
