1Click on Service Status in the upper right corner
of FRBservices.org homepage
2At a glance, know if your service is experiencing
issues.
The redesigned Service Status page now includes
the status of all Services and Access Solutions
provided by Federal Reserve Financial Services.
3Click on the hyperlink.
When an operating normally message has been
posted for a service an underline will appear
under the service indicating a hyperlink.
A pop-up operating normally message will appear.
4When a service disruption occurs, information
regarding the disruption will be distinguished
with a red ! next to the service
The time the disruption was posted and the
affected areas are listed in the Alert section.
Click on the more hyperlink to learn more about
the disruption.
Alert information will appear to the right of the
service offerings.
5When you click on more, a pop-up window will
appear giving you additional alert information.
The alert information for the service or access
solution who initiated the outage alert will
appear first.
6Click on the drop-down to view additional alert
information when more than one service is
affected.
7In this example, we chose to view the alert
information for Fedwire Funds. This provides
What Can You Do? and Service and Support
Info. For this service.
For alert information for another service tied to
this outage, click on the drop-down.
Click on the X in the upper right corner of the
window to close the Alert.
8Scroll down on the Service Status page to view
the General Notifications.
9The General Notifications section of the Service
Status page will be used to communicate upcoming
business related items regarding Federal Reserve
Services and Access Solutions.
