and in the classroom.
2Studying the nature. On Fridays we work outdoors
or go to the swimming-pool. The following
pictures are from two Fridays in August.
The task this day is to pick different kinds of
leaves from trees. The sheet on the ground helps
them to find out what kind of tree the leaves
belong to.

4After the work is done, it is playtime. The best
part of the day for the children.

14- Focus on reading books.
- We have done 2 projects on reading this autumn.
- The aim is to make the pupils read more books and
to become more competent readers. - For 5 weeks we spend 90 minutes every day reading
and doing tasks to the books - Reading silently
- is one part of it.

16The books and the tasks are in colour code.
Yellow is the easiest, then red, green and blue.
One sticker on the ship-poster for each book.
17The pool is popular, especially playing.

19- Working in groups.
- Each group has a colour-code (Blue is maths, red
is Norwegian, yellow is art, green is English and
pink is games) - The childrens names are on the board under the
window. When the lesson begins, they go to the
board, find a coloured card that indicates the
group they are in and start working.
