  is the first step you need to take! If you dont
  know the function then you cannot make an
  appropriate plan!

• What works for one child may not work for another
• Be open to suggestions from school staff- your
  opinion always counts too!
• Again- this takes time!! Try all strategies and
  plans for at least two weeks before you make
  changes (unless safety is a concern)
