Round Table Estonia FOUNDATION 2002 - ........

• Round Table Estonia Foundation (RTEF) was
  established at the end of 2002
• RTEF operates as affiliated foundation,
  administered within the Estonian National Culture
  Foundation (www.erkf.ee)
• The Estonian National Culture Foundation is
  registered as a non-profit organization.
  Donations made to the Foundation are not subject
  to income tax
• Round Table Estonia Foundation aims and
  objectives - Supporting the children suffering
  hardship in continuing their education.
• The board of the foundation consists of one
  representative from ENCF and all RTE National
  Board. Applications are delivered to all the RTE
  clubs, and the final decision is made at the
  meeting of National Board.

Round Table Estonia Foundation financing policy

• Financial target is to collect into base equity
  min. amount of 50000 EEK / 3200 EUR annually.
  Collections from different events, projects, etc.
  organized by Tablers.
• Pay-outs were subjects only after the base equity
  had exceeded the amount of 100000 EEK / 6400
  EUR and pay-outs are done only from the annual
  income on the base equity. The proportional
  division is maximum of 75 of annual income to be
  paid out, minimum of 25 of annual income to be
  re-invested to the foundation as base equity
  payment.
• 2004 RTEF results productivity 8,70, for
  stipendiums 6226EEK/400EUR, reallocation into
  base equity 2 075 EEK ( the stipendiums in 2004
  were granted in an amount of 5000 EEK so
  investment into the base equity in 2004 was
  3301 EEK)
• 2005 RTEF resultsproductivity 13,20, for
  stipendiums15157EEK/970EUR, reallocation into
  base equity 5 502 EEK
