Scope of Services
- The purpose of this project is to provide the
Mississippi Army National Guard and the National
Guard Bureau with an accurate Real Property
Inventory and Geographic Information System (GIS)
layers. - Verification, analysis and update of Real
Property Information records associated with - Structures

- Fencing
- Sidewalks
- Helipads

- Why?
- The Real Property Inventory (RPI) is the
foundation of Facility Management and Master
Planning activities. - Sustainment, Renovation and Modernization (SRM)
funds are driven by RPI - Data can become Questionable
- Mississippi ArNG was aware their RPI was flawed
- Existing GIS layers focused primarily on
environmental issues, not operations. - Approach to the project developed an accurate RPI
and GIS dataset concurrently, with minimal extra
cost.
