Project Overview
Scope of Services
  • The purpose of this project is to provide the
    Mississippi Army National Guard and the National
    Guard Bureau with an accurate Real Property
    Inventory and Geographic Information System (GIS)
    layers.
  • Verification, analysis and update of Real
    Property Information records associated with

  • Why?
  • The Real Property Inventory (RPI) is the
    foundation of Facility Management and Master
    Planning activities.
  • Sustainment, Renovation and Modernization (SRM)
    funds are driven by RPI
  • Data can become Questionable
  • Mississippi ArNG was aware their RPI was flawed
  • Existing GIS layers focused primarily on
    environmental issues, not operations.
  • Approach to the project developed an accurate RPI
    and GIS dataset concurrently, with minimal extra
    cost.
