- CAPSCU cooperated with "Management Development
Center for Industry" (MDCI) to conduct this
component - An extensive study was completed covering
- - Detailed market investigation
- - Product storage and distribution.
- - Style of product specification and labeling.
- - Communication channels with customers and
dealers. - - Approaching large potential customers
- - Advertising.
24Project Technical Component
- The component was executed solely by "CAPSCU"
experts - Activities included
- 1- Initiation of a Design and Development Dept.
- 2- Establishment of Testing Laboratory

26A Look Into The Future
- CAPSCU ability to change and continuously adapt
itself to the changing needs of the society in
Egypt, was a Key Factor of Success. - A need is identified to cooperate and network
with similar centers in Europe, US and Far East
to exchange experiences and perhaps initiate
outsourcing activities - A need is identified for some Formalization of
our Mechanism of Operation into an Accredited
Quality System
