4 What Youll Need to Get Started
- FRS User ID Password
- (go to http//www.unco.edu/acctservices/form/ to
get
- FRS access application if needed)
- Current Web Browser
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
- Netscape Communicator 4.0 or higher
- Acrobat Reader
- Download the latest version from www.adobe.com
- Run within your browser or in stand-alone mode
5 Logging Into ePrint
1. Key in user ID and pass- word
.
- 2. Select a repository.
- Select FRS
- 3. Select Enter.
6 Repository List
- Lists all the ePrint report types (to which
- the user has access) in selected repository
7 Use the Icons as a Guide
- Simply point-and-click to
- Retrieve a PDF file to view in Acrobat Reader
- Download the TXT version of a report
- Drill down for detail (See Report List)
- Use a page key to pick pages (Search Report)

9 Report List
- Lists all of the instances on file for the
- selected report type.
10 Using a Page Key
- If the Search Report (looking glass) icon
appears, you can select a page key and then
(Use 1 of these options.)
11 Selecting Page Key Values Manually
Click the checkboxes next to the values.
You can skip to a specific value.
Navigation buttons
Click the icon after making your selections.
12 Using the Validation Page
- Displays selected page key values.
-
- If satisfied with your selections, click the
View PDF or Download TXT icon.
- To backtrack and change your selections, use the
navigation bar.
- Validation page does not appear if no page key
was used.
13 ePrints Navigation Bar
- Provides a shortcut to previous pages. Click a
section to return to that page.

14 Viewing and Printing a Report
- PDF report with no page key specified
- Acrobat Readers navigation pane will be hidden,
and the report will be displayed in full
screen-width format.
- PDF report in which you picked pages
- Navigation pane visible on the left. Click a
bookmark to scroll to that part of the report.
- Consult Acrobat Readers Help and ePrints Help
for more detail.

18 Logging Out of ePrint
- Click the Logout link in the top, right-hand
corner of any page.
- Log out if your browser will remain open.
- Automatic logout when you close browser.
19 Tips/Troubleshooting
- To avoid display problems when using Microsoft
Internet Explorer, configure Acrobat Reader to
run outside browser.
- To download a text file using Microsoft Internet
Explorer, right-click the Download Text icon
and select Save Target As. (With Netscape
Navigator, use the primary mouse button.)
