- Strategic Planning is about change
- There will be differences of opinion and
priorities about the way forward - Consider the buyin / ownership of the people who
must support the plan when building the plan - Dont start unless you are prepared for managing
change proactively and patiently - Organizations that dont plan for change
frequently fall victim to unanticipated events
and miss important opportunities for success - The Loaves and the Fish Balance between our

- The Strategic Planning Committee is an advisory
body whose primary purpose is to champion the
strategic planning process for the school to
ensure the planning process engages appropriate
stakeholders and delivers a useful plan.
