Standard Mail Flats Acceptance Issues

• New Standard ECR flats prepared and mailed with

  each if DALs are used.
• Situation Mailer presents ECR flats with DALs
  but has not claimed the new DAL charge.
• Action for Acceptance Advise mailer on
  standards. Charge DAL charges as applicable for
  the mailing.
