Statement of Situation
Community Learned Center has a empty lot, which
is located west of (1831Mission Ave. on Barnes
Street), between Mission Avenue and Dixie Street
is that is available with 340,000 square feet .
Vista Unified School District (VUSD)
encompasses 38 square miles, including the City
of Vista, and portions of the cities of
Oceanside, San Marcos, Carlsbad, as well as some
unincorporated portions of San Diego County.
Vista Unified School District has 29 schools,
serving more than 27,000 students. Of that total,
7500 students (or 27) live in the City of
Oceanside. The Oceanside portion of VUSD includes
11,000 elementary students, 5,500 middle school
students and 6,800 high school student.

Proposal and Solution
According to the investigation we can see in
Oceanside does not have enough adult school for
students like workers etc. We propose the
construction of NINE CLASSROOMS to teach English
as a second language, in order to satisfy the
student needs. There are many students that want
to attend evening classes but there does not has
sufficient classrooms.
The idea of building classrooms will helps more
students to learns English so then can improve
their lives, get and keep jobs.

We thought about one CAFETERIA for these students
with food and drinks because a lot of students
come tired from work and they need to get energy.
And also two RESTROOMS inside the building to
solve students needs. Student need one more Lab
computer to do homework's or to learn how to
uses this machine.

Conclusion
Once time to finish this project is going to use
for future students to make their life more easy
and they will enjoy this beautiful construction
and also Government is going to support this
budget and Community Learner Center will give the
area.
