• Cervical mass Metastatic Follicular carcinoma

Clinical Details

• 68 Year Fijian male
• Right neck mass noted for 7 years
• Loss of weight, stridor since few months
• 30 years history of smoking
• Hard nodules, multiple, fixed to surrounding
  tissues
• Right supraclavicular node enlarged, fixed
• Trachea deviated
• Lymphnode aspiration done (FNAC)
