  • SDRC 4 Checklist
  • Progress items on Checklist dependant on revised
    dates
  • Business Change
  • Developing local procedures based on NCRS
    policies and respond to outstanding process
    questions from workshops, to be completed by 9th
    May Further amendments to the test scenarios may
    be necessary as a result of QA the training
    sessions
  • Test Business Scenarios for Cycle 4 Community
    and Mental Health to be completed and circulated
    for review and approval
  • Benefit realisation plan developed baselines
    and targets to be agreed by trusts by end of May
    2005.

  • Further Cascade of messages to Users on the
    Project Status. Team briefs, Newsflash, etc.
  • NCRS presentations and demonstrations being
    planned for late April/May for all Trust based
    staff to attend being led by community manager
    teams and supported by CSCA. Aim being to start
    working on the winning over the hearts n mind
    and raising awareness of what NCRS will mean for
    staff on frontline both as part of P1R1 and the
    future.

Project Status
  • Summary
  • Prerequisites for Confirmation of Initial Go
    Live Dates
  • Confirmation of a Software Release with the
    Fixes as a result of incidents reported in local
    deployment testing Cycle 2 3 to facilitate
    Cycle 4
  • Demonstrated that the Fixes identified for Cycle
    4 have been incorporated within the Damadien
    build.
  • Confirmation of the date when the software
    release will be available to the Trust.
  • Damadien Build available to Trust to perform
    Cycle 4 as of June.
  • Stability of End User Training Environments
  • EUT Soak testing commenced 03/05/05 completed
    06/05/05.
  • As a result of testing we found
  • Locations across the Community Network no issues
    found Courses performed as expected.
  • Locations across the Acute Network if Pc is
    inactive for /-2mins time out occurs.
  • Cause We found that the Citrix idle time
    thresholds required adjustment as a result of
    traffic load on the Acute Network which caused
    Desktop to loose session. Adjusted and retested
    on Friday unable to repeat issue at the Alex
    Acute or Kidderminster Treatment Centre.
  • 1 Training room incorrect version of Citrix
    Client loaded New Town
  • Based on the results todate the stability of the
    End Training Environments has been resolved.
    Further testing will be conducted.
