• It is similar to Teamware in the sense that it
  stores information about who is planning to
  attend and focuses on one specific theme within a
  small group of people.
• It is also a form of lightweight because it is
  easy and fast to use with little or no
  administration.

• Generally speaking, group members choose a
  software that they would like to implement during
  the meeting and utilizes it to communicate to
  other members through a computer network.
