Forget the former things do not dwell on the
past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it
springs up do you not perceive it? I am making
a way in the desert and streams in the
wasteland.

We need to always remember that God is doing a
new thing in us, even if we dont see it right
now.

Three things to forget

• Number 1 We need to forget the shame of our
  past so we can see and experience the new thing
  God is doing in us.

• Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means
  anything what counts is a new creation.

• Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new

• Do not be afraid you will not suffer shame. Do
  not fear disgrace you will not be humiliated.
  You will forget the shame of your youth.

• God says, I, even I, am he who blots out your
  transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers
  your sins no more.

• If you have shame about who you are, feeling
  inferior, defective or flawed
• God says, Since you are precious and honored in
  my sight, and because I love you, I will give men
  in exchange for you, and people in exchange for
  your life.

• Number 2 We need to quit dwelling on what
  people have done to us in the past so we can
  start living in the present.
