School Level Restructuring
  • Many times schools work with only a few
    components at the school level.
  • Students at the next school level have been
    exposed to a variety of restructuring techniques.
  • True restructuring requires a systemic approach.

System Change
  • If only one component of a system is changed, the
    system will likely return to its original state
    in a relatively short time.
  • Systemic change means to take into account the
    effect each component has on the other components.
